S•Tag™ Monoclonal Antibody
Detection of S•Tag fusion proteins
The S•Tag™ Monoclonal Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG2b) directed against the 15 aa S•Tag peptide expressed by many pET, pTriEx™, pBiEx™, pBAC™, and pIEx™ vectors. The antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of S•Tag-containing recombinant proteins. Purified by protein G affinity chromatography and supplied at 1 mg/ml, the S•Tag Monoclonal Antibody can detect as little as 1 ng of S•Tag fusion protein and displays negligible cross-reactivity with bacterial, mammalian, and insect cell lysates.
