RecFLA-ST NQ Flagellin mutant from S. typhimurium RecFLA-ST NQ is a N-glycosylation mutant of the Salmonella typhimurium flagellin (FliC gene) where potential asparagine (N) glycosylation sites are substituted by glutamine (Q) residues. RecFLA-ST NQ migrates on SDS-PAGE at ~52 kDa, a similar molecular weight as the extracted FLA-ST Ultrapure. This flagellin mutant is a potent activator of TLR5. Specificity: TLR5 agonist Quality control: - Purity greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. - Endotoxin levels: <0.005 EU/mg - Activity is tested using HEK-Blue™ hTLR5 and RAW-Blue™ cells
