FLA-ST (Standard or Ultrapure)
Flagellin from S. typhimurium
FLA-ST is flagellin isolated from the Gram-negative bacteria Salmonella typhimurium. InvivoGen provides FLA-ST with two grades of purity:
• FLA-ST was purified by acid hydrolysis, heating and ultrafiltration. The purity of FLA-ST is estimated at 10%.
• FLA-ST Ultrapure was obtained following an additional purification step using monoclonal anti-FliC affinity chromatography. The purity of FLA-ST ultrapure is >95%.
FLA-ST Ultrapure is also available on ready-to-use 8-well strips pre-coated at 7 different concentrations and a negative control.
Specificity: TLR5 agonist
Working concentration: 10 ng - 10 µg/ml
Solubility: 0.1 mg/ml in water
