Recombinant, Streptococcus pneumoniae β1-2,3,4,6-N-Acetylglucosaminidase expressed in E. coli. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of β1-2,3,4,6-linked N-acetylglucosamine from complex carbohydrates. Not known to cleave substituted or branched hexosamines. Does not cleave N-acetylgalactosamine residues.
