FastStart PCR Master
Product Description
The FastStart Master has modified recombinant FastStart Taq DNA Polymerase, inactive at temperatures below +75°C. The kit also contains an optimized PCR buffer and GC-RICH Solution for handling a wide range of templates.

Application
The FastStart Master contains thermostable, chemically modified form of recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase in a ready-to-use 2x concentrated master mix. The enzyme is inactive at +15 to +25°C during PCR set-up, and then activated at +95°C during initial denaturation. It is ideal for:
Hot Start PCR up to 2 kb
Hot Start RT-PCR up to 2 kb
