DIG Easy Hyb Granules
Application
DIG Easy Hyb Granules can be used in all membrane hybridization applications using nonradioactive (e.g., digoxigenin-labeled) nucleic-acid probes. It is specially designed for use with DIG kits.
Product Description
Working solution: DIG Easy Hyb Granules are dissolved in double-distilled water to give 100 ml of a 1x working solution of DIG Easy Hyb. The availability of 6 x 100 ml portions allows you to freshly “produce” the DIG Easy Hyb when required, and omits the long-term solution storage.
Contents
Non-toxic granules, aliquoted in plastic bottles. Will reconstitute to provide 100 ml of a 1x solution.
