TRIzol LS Reagent is a ready-to-use mono-phasic solution of phenol and guanidine isothiocyanate, designed for the isolation of total RNA from liquid samples of human, animal, plant, yeast, bacterial, and viral origin. During sample homogenization or lysis, TRIzol® LS Reagent maintains the integrity of the RNA, while disrupting cells and dissolving cell components.
