This kit comprises proteinase K, detection probe, (negative) control probe, anti-fluorescein detection system, and 3' aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APES) treated slides. Each kit provides reagents sufficient for 50 tests.
The EBV probe is a fluorescein-labeled oligonucleotide cocktail for the detection of mRNA sequences contained in 1ml of hybridization solution sufficient for in situ hybridization staining of 50 preparations.
The control probe is a fluorescein-labeled random oligonucleotide cocktail contained in 1ml of hybridization solution sufficient for in situ hybridization staining of 50 preparations. The control probe is ideally suited for use as a negative control alongside the EBV probe, contributing to the validation of the staining obtained by the EBV probe. |
