Functional Aspects:
Topoisomerase II alpha is a nuclear enzyme involved in DNA replication. This protein is a prime target, therefore, of anti-cancer drugs and reduced expression of topoisomerase II alpha is a cause of resistance to these treatments. This antibody will help detect topois omerase II alpha in normal and uncharacterized tissues. |
