Functional Aspects:
Thyroid Transcription Factor-1 (TTF-1) is involved with gene regulation in the thyroid, lung and brain, and appears to function during organogenesis of these tissues. TTF-1 is expressed in normal adult lung and thyroid and has been reported in some carcinomas of these tissues. This antibody will help detect TTF-1 in normal and uncharacterized tissues.
