Functional Aspects:Cytokeratin 15 (CK15) is a type 1 keratin expressed only in basal keratinocytes of stratified squamous epithelium and fetal epidermis and nail. This antibody will help identify CK15 in basal cells and hair follicles in normal and uncharacterized tissues.
