Functional Aspects: CD105 is a membrane glycoprotein that contains the RGD peptide sequence recognized by some integrins. It is expressed on endothelial cells and on acute lymphoblastic and myelocytic leukemia cells, and may function as a TGF-beta receptor. This antibody may help in the study of monocyte differentiation into macrophages, endoglin expression, research into cellular adhesion of circulating blood cells and in the lysis of CD105 expressing cells in the presence of complement. |
