Functional Aspects:CD8 is expressed on a T cell subset of normal cytotoxic/ suppressor cells. It is also found on Natural Killer cells, and some thymocytes, peripheral blood null cells and bone marrow cells. This antibody will help detect CD8 expression on uncharacterized tissues.
