• Contents- 20 µl (100 µg) or 200 µl (1 mg) of HeLa Nuclear Extract (5 mg/ml) in 20 mM Hepes (pH 7.8), 100 mM KCl, 1 mM MgCl₂, 20% Glycerol, 0.5 mM DTT, and 1 mM PMSF.
•Application- Western blot- 10-20 µg/lane; HDAC Fluorometric Assay- 10 µg/assay; HDAC Colorimetric Assay- 50 µg/assay
Description: Nuclear extract is prepared from HeLa cells using a modified protocol of Dignam et al., which contains a variety of DNA-binding proteins, transcription factors, and other nuclear proteins.
