TLR9 Test Strips are designed to determine the TLR9 activation profile.
The TLR9 Test Strips are pre-coated with the lyophilized TLR9 agonist, ODN 2006, at 7 different concentrations and a negative control well.
The strips are cell culture treated with clear polystyrene flat-bottomed wells.
