pFUSEN-Lucia-mG2aFc Production of Lucia luciferase-tagged IgG2a-Fc fusion proteins pFUSEN-Lucia-mG2aFc is a cloning plasmid for the generation of a Lucia luciferase-tagged Fc-fusion protein expressing the Fc region (CH2 and CH3 domains) of the murine IgG2a heavy chain and the hinge region fused to the N-terminus of a protein of interest. Lucia is a secreted luciferase reporter protein with advantageous characteristics when associated with Fc-fusion proteins. It possesses superior carrier ability for excellent secretion of the chimeric protein. It provides a simple means to screen for recombinant clones and it minimally affects the activity of the protein of interest. Mouse IgG2a-Fc is the murine equivalent of human IgG1-Fc. It has moderate to high affinity for FcγRs and complement receptors, inducing strong ADCC and CDC. Isotype : IgG2A mouse Effector Activities : ADCC+++, CDC +++ Selectable with Zeocin™ in E. coli and mammalian cells. For transient or stable transfection.
