Xfect MicroRNA Transfection Reagent

Xfect MicroRNA Transfection Reagent Xfect MicroRNA Transfection Reagent creates biodegradable nanoparticles that permit superior transfection efficiency of microRNA into mammalian cells. The kit is supplied with two transfection polymers: Xfect MicroRNA Transfection Polymer, which is optimized for transfection of small RNAs; and Xfect Polymer, which is optimized for transfection of plasmid DNA. Both reagents function by creating biodegradable nanoparticles that increase transfection efficiency. Only Xfect MicroRNA Transfection Polymer is needed for microRNA transfections, but when microRNA and plasmid DNA are cotransfected, a small amount of Xfect Polymer must also be added to the transfection reaction.
