Description
Doxycycline is a synthetic teracycline. Inhibits angiogenesis in a quantitative in vitro assay of angiogeneis. Inhibits proliferation of the human leukemia cell line K562. It reduces lung metastases by inhibiting the secretion and acitivity of marrix metalloproteinases (MMPs).
