Survivin Antagonist, S12 Survivin Inhibitor II, 3-(2-(benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-yl)-2-oxoethyl)-5-bromo-3-hydroxyindolin-2-one A cell-permeable hydroxyindolinone compound that acts as a selective antagonist of survivin. Induces mitotic arrest and blocks cell cycle at G2/M phase (~40 µM in HeLA cells) leading to apoptotic cell death. Shown to bind to a specific cavity adjacent to the interface involved in the dimerization of survivin. Binding is specific only to native survivin and does not affect any mutant forms. Inhibits HCT116 cell proliferation independently of their p53 status and reduces tumor volume in xenograft models in a dose-dependent manner (5 to 15 mg/kg). 产品信息 Form White solid Molar mass 390.18 Protect from Light 是的 Packaged under inert gas 是的 Purity ≥98% by HPLC Solubility DMSO Chemical formula C17H12BrNO5 商店和运输信息 Storage -20°C Ship Shipped at Ambient Temperature or with Blue Ice or with Dry Ice Standard Handling
