Arbutin
Description
White crystalline powder. Antibacterial agent from traditional medicinal plants. It is present in the leaves of bearberry, blueberry, cranberry and pear. It was found to have depigmenting action in human melanocytes in culture. It inhibits tyrosinase activity.
