Capecitabine Cayman Chemical Item Number 10487 Description 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is a pyrimidine analog which noncompetitively inhibits thymidylate synthase, interfering with DNA synthesis. It has been used for the treatment of cancer for several decades.
