293/TLR1-TLR2
293/mTLR1-TLR2 cells were obtained by stable co-transfection of HEK293 cells with the pDUO-mTLR1-TLR2 plasmid which expresses the murine TLR1 and TLR2 genes.
The control cell line for 293/mTLR1-TLR2 cells is 293/null.
