293/hTLR5-HA
293/hTLR5-HA cells were obtained by stable transfection of HEK293 cells with the pUNO-hTLR5-HA plasmid which expresses the human TLR5 gene fused at the 3'end to the influenza hemaglutinine (HA).
The control cell line for 293/hTLR5-HA cells is 293/null.
