BD MatrigelTM基底膜基质,GFR,低生长因子 标准型 356230 - Growth Factor Reduced BD Matrigel™ Matrix, a solubilized basement membrane matrix extracted from the EHS mouse tumor, a tumor rich in basement membrane proteins, and modified by a method developed by Taub et al. (Same as Cat. No. 40230A.) (1 ea) a solubilized basement membrane matrix extracted from the EHS mouse tumor, a tumor rich in basement membrane (Kleinman, H.K., et al., Biochem. 25:312, 1986) proteins. The major matrix components are laminin, collagen I, entactin, and heparan sulfate proteoglycan (perlecan) (Vukicevic, S., et al., Exp. Cell Res. 202:1, 1992); the matrix also contains growth factors, matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs [collagenases]), and other proteinases (plasminogen activators [PAs]) (Mackay, A.R., et al., BioTechniques 15:1048, 1993), as well as several undefined compounds (Kleinman, H.K., et al., Biochem. 25:312, 1986; McGuire, P.G. and Seeds, N.W., J. Cell. Biochem. 40:215, 1989), but it does not contain any detectable levels of tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases (TIMPs) (Mackay, A.R., et al., BioTechniques 15:1048, 1993). GFR BD Matrigel™ Matrix has been modified by a method developed by Taub et al. (Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 87:4002, 1990) to obtain this more defined preparation. |
