Protein Molecular Weight Markers, HPLC
Contains five highly purified proteins ranging in molecular weight from 12.4 kDa to 290 kDa. Formulated to give peaks of approximately the same intensity for each protein when run on a TSK-Gel G300SW column after reconstituting with elution buffer and monitored at 280 nm. Markers include: cytochrome c, 12,400; myokinase, 32,000; enolase, 67,000; lactate dehydrogenase, 142,000; and glutamate dehydrogenase, 290,000. Note: 5T = 5 Tests.
