Subsequently undergoes spontaneous autoprocessing to yield the active enzyme. Useful for the study of enzyme regulation and kinetics, cleavage of target substrates, and inhibitor screening. MW: 12000 and 20000. M.W. 12,000 and 20,000 (heterodimer).
