Application
The DIG Wash and Block Buffer Set is used at various steps of DIG hybridization and DIG detection.
Product Description
Except for the Blocking solution, the 10x conc. buffers are diluted to the desired concentrations with sterile double-distilled water.

1.Washing buffer, 2 x 500 ml, 10x
2.Maleic acid buffer, 500 ml, 10x
3.Blocking solution, 500 ml, 10x
4.Detection buffer, 100 ml, 10x
Quality
Bottles 1, 2 and 4 have been filtered through a 0.22 µm membrane.
Bottle 3, Blocking solution, has been autoclaved for 20 minutes at 121°C. |
