描述 Lipofectin® Transfection Reagent is the reagent of choice for transfectin of endothelial cells; some of our customer also use it for transfection of DNA, RNA or oligonucleotides into their cell line of choice. Lipofectin® has also been shown to work well in combination with PLUS® reagent for the transfection of HeLa cells (1).
