λ DNA/Hind III Fragments
λDNA/Hind III Fragments are suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA from 125 bp to 23.1 kb. They are prepared by digesting λ DNA (cIind1ts857 Sam7) to completion with Hind III. Bands can be visualized by ethidium bromide, SYBR® Safe, or SYBR® Gold staining.
