Pfx50™ DNA Polymerase is a designer enzyme derived from the archaean Thermococcus zilligii. In addition to 3´ to 5´ proofreading ability, Pfx50™ polymerase is fused to an accessory protein for enhanced fidelity and processivity. This unique combination makes the Pfx50™ enzyme ideal for applications that require the highest fidelity and PCR success the first time. With Pfx50™ DNA Polymerase, you will:
