PCR Reagent System (Invitrogen™)
The PCR Reagent System is suitable for the amplification of nucleic acid templates by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (1). The system includes Taq DNA polymerase, nucleotide mix, buffers, and controls. Two 10X PCR buffers (one with and one without MgCl 2 ) are provided along with a separate vial of MgCl 2 for optimizing your amplification reactions.
