DAB Kit (Brown) (Novex®)
This kit utilizes diaminobenzidine (DAB), an alcohol insoluble chromogen, and generates a brown precipitate approximately two times more sensitive than AEC. The kit contains H2O2 solution, DAB solution, and substrate buffer. Slides stained with the DAB kit may be dehydrated for permanent coverslipping. These reagents are suitable for use with manual or automated staining systems. All components are in liquid form.
