Source: Ubiquitin is coupled to agarose, via the ε amino groups of its internal lysine residues, leaving the C-terminus free. The loading is approximately10mg protein/ml of settled resin.
Formulation: Liquid. Suspension.
Application: Ubiquitin-agarose can be used to affinity purify ubiquitin-binding proteins.
