Immunization and blocking peptide for Glutamic Acid Decarboxylase (GAD) antibodies (BML-GC3008 and BML-GC3108). The pentadecapeptide corresponds to the C-terminal residues [Cys+]572-585 of rat GAD65. The sequence is wholly conserved at the C-terminus of rat GAD67, mouse, pig and human GAD65/67, cat GAD67, and in human GAD-2.
