Jurkat cell immunoblotting standard. Whole-cell extracts of Jurkat cells (human macrophage-like line) in SDS-PAGE sample buffer. Extracts (~100,000 cells/10 µl) prepared from cells induced for 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 hours with 100 µM etoposide (VP-16). Each time point sample sufficient for 5 gel samples. Useful for immunoblotting of caspase cleavage targets including PARP, caspases/procaspases and Bcl-2 family proteins, or for investigation of potential cleavage targets.
