Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
Specificity: Recognizes human tau. Other species not tested. Is expected to react with mouse, rat, goat, monkey, bovine and baboon tau.
Purity Detail: Epitope affinity-purified. Negatively preadsorbed by non-phosphorylated immunogen peptide.
Formulation: Liquid. In Dulbecco’s PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol, 1mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide.
Handling: For maximum product recovery after thawing, centrifuge the vial before opening the cap. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. After opening, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C.
