Goat anti-mouse IgG (human & mouse Ig adsorbed), (ATTO 647N conjugate) A frequent cause of high background staining is due to non-specific binding of secondary antibodies. High quality secondary antibodies are crucial to obtain good staining of targets that are normally harder to detect, for example due to low expression levels. Interference caused by endogenous immunoglobulins can also result in poor detection. Secondary antibodies specifically adsorbed against cross-reacting immunoglobulins will enhance results. Product Specification Host: Goat Immunogen: Mouse IgG1. Application: Immunocytochemistry (1:100) Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
