Background Information: Human EG-VEGF (Endocrine-gland-derived Vascular endothelial growth factor) induces proliferation, migration and fenestration in capillary endothelial cells derived from endocrine glands. Recombinant EG-VEGF has a calculated molecular mass of approximately 9.5 kDa protein consisting of 86 amino acid residues.
