Description O'GeneRuler Ultra Low Range DNA Ladder, ready-to-use, is recommended for sizing and approximate quantification of a wide range of double-stranded DNA on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It is ideal for denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The ladder is a mixture of chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments. O'GeneRuler Ultra Low Range DNA Ladder, ready-to-use, is premixed with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye for direct loading on gel. 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye contains xylene cyanol FF and orange G. In a 1% agarose gel orange G dye migrates at 50 bp. Therefore O'GeneRuler™ Ultra Low Range DNA Ladder is ideal when visualization of small DNA fragments is important. The ladder is recommended for analysis of siRNA (see Figure 1) The ladder is supplied with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye for sample DNA. Features Ideal for both DNA sizing and approximate quantification. Ideal for non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Ideal for analysis of siRNA. Sharp bands. Bright reference bands (given in red). Can be directly loaded and are stable at room temperature for 6 months. Supplied with loading dye for sample DNA. O'GeneRuler™ Storage and Loading Buffer 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), 10 mM EDTA, 0.025% orange G, 0.005% xylene cyanol FF and 10% glycerol. Storage Store at room temperature or at 4°C for up to 6 months. For longer periods, store at -20°C. 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), 0.15% orange G, 0.03% xylene cyanol FF, 60% glycerol and 60 mM EDTA. Quality Control Well-defined bands are formed during agarose gel electrophoresis. The absence of nucleases is confirmed by a direct nuclease activity assay. 注:本产品仅用于生命科学研究实验,不作为任何药物及其他用途。 |
