Description FastRuler Low Range DNA Ladder is specifically designed for fast sizing and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA in 48 well (or 96-well) high throughput gels, as well as in conventional agarose gels. The ladder is a mixture of five blunt-ended chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments that are easily resolved in a short separation distance (10-20 mm) after an 8-14 min run on the appropriate agarose gel. Storage and Loading Buffer 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), 10 mM EDTA, 0.005% bromophenol blue, 10% glycerol. 6X MassRuler DNA Loading Dye 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), 0.03% bromophenol blue, 60% glycerol and 60 mM EDTA.
