Functional Aspects:
CD15 is found on most circulating granulocytes and some monocytes, but is absent from normal lymphocytes. It has been reported to be present on Reed- Sternberg cells of Hodgkin’s disease, T cell lymphomas and some leukaemias. This antibody will help detect CD15 expression on normal and neoplastic cells. |
