Our Anti-Biotin is produced by hyperimmunizing goats with biotin, followed by affinity chromatography to isolate only the anti-biotin antibodies. This product can be used with biotinylated nucleic acids or in systems where the high biotin-avidin affinity is less desirable.
Alkaline Phosphatase conjugated Anti-Biotin (SP-3020) is produced with the highest specific activity enzymes in optimal enzyme/antibody ratios. The covalent linkage between the enzyme and antibody is chosen to provide stable, highly active conjugates for immunohistochemical, in situ hybridization, enzyme immunoassay, or transfer blot applications. |
