The Fluorescent Streptavidin Kit contains 250 µg of three fluorescently labeled streptavidin products: Fluorescein Streptavidin, Texas Red® Streptavidin and AMCA Streptavidin. This panel of fluorescent streptavidin products provides sufficient reagent to stain 250-500 sections. Fluorescein is green-yellow (excites at 495 nm and emits at 515 nm), Texas Red® is deep red (excites at 595 nm and emits at 615 nm) and AMCA is blue (excites at 350 nm and emits at 450 nm), providing the option of introducing multiple labels into sections. |
