VECTASTAIN ABC-Glucose Oxidase Kits

Endogenous glucose oxidase activity does not exist in mammalian tissues, so the VECTASTAIN® ABC-GO Kit can be used when endogenous peroxidases or alkaline phosphatases interfere with specific staining and when blocking of that endogenous enzyme activity is ineffective or would destroy antigenic determinants. The VECTASTAIN® ABC Glucose Oxidase Kit is the least sensitive of the VECTASTAIN® ABC systems.
Kit Contents:
3 ml normal horse serum
1 ml biotinylated horse anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody
2 ml each of concentrated A and B reagents
