This affinity purified, polyclonal antibody conjugate is raised in goat and has a broad specificity toward various rhodamines and recognizes most, if not all rhodamine related fluorochromes, including Texas Red, tetramethylrhodamine and rhodamine600 (x-rhodamine).
These reagents can be used to detect FastTag®-, 3’ or 5’ EndTag™-labeled probes in applications such as in situ hybridization or Southern and northern blotting. All antibodies have been affinity-purified. |
