用途：抗菌作用与青霉素G、红霉素相似，主要抗革兰氏阳性菌，金葡菌的最小抑菌度MIC一般为1～4μg/ml，对耐青霉素的金葡菌或对其他抗生素已产生耐药性的菌株依旧敏感。对革兰氏阴性菌除嗜血杆菌外，大都不敏感，对立克次体、真菌、病毒无效。
